Dr. O’Dowd was raised in rural northwest Ohio. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toledo and graduated cum laude.  She then received her DDS degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2001 (Go Bucks!).  For the past twelve years, she practiced dentistry in Lancaster County, PA.  While she misses the bucolic lifestyle, she is glad to now be living in Florida.  

Dr. O’Dowd performs all aspects of general dentistry. She enjoys caring for children, the aging population, and everyone in between!  For some patients, going to the dentist is stressful, and Dr. O’Dowd is sensitive to that.  Caring for each patient as an individual is very important to her.

When she isn’t at the office, she is with those whom she loves the most – her three children. Reading, going on family outings, and volunteering at various church functions are how she spends her free time.  Dr. O’Dowd is excited to be a Floridian and is also busy exploring her new home of Naples.
